Refund policy

If you need to return or exchange anything, for any reason, contact us at orders@technotim.live to let us know you are sending something back. Package your item(s) and a note with your name, order number and detailed instructions. Send them to the address below. Carefully read the return policies below prior to returning any item. We will process your return within 3 business days of receipt. There will be no additional shipping charge for exchanges.

Domestic returns need to be received within 30 days of order delivery. International returns need to be received within 60 days of order delivery.
Returned items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note if the returned items are not in new, unused, re-sellable condition, we will not issue a refund or pay the postage fees to ship them back to you. Garments that are missing labels, have been laundered, or have been noticeably worn are not eligible for refund or exchange.
